This is our Stacking Ring: Rope, Mixed Metals: Palladium White Gold, Rose Gold, Silver

It's mixed metals. It has 18K palladium white gold, 14K rose gold, and sterling silver. 

They're intertwined into a rope. 

The ring is rounded and about 2.2mm in width.

Each ring is handmade: hand cut, fabricated, sized, soldered, and finished in my one-woman home studio shop.
