Number on the ball matches the nail number on the display board, the note inside indicates the cutie you are gonna get.

Nails change randomly on the display board, all nails are machine-made, with at least 24pcs inside to fit all sized nails, so there is no size differences with machine-made nails. But it come with chances of getting Super Well Made Handmade nails.

You can leave us your TikTok account if you want us to tag you when posting videos. 

- Remember to choose your nail size in the size chart, in case your luck brings you to win wonderful handmade nails 

- You can leave your preferences request in the box of your shopping cart before checkout. We might miss your messages before we pack your orders with emails, or tiktok messages. So please remember to leave us notes in the order. We will do our best to meet your satisfaction. But please note that there is no guarantee that you will receive your exact request. Not all color schemes/themes are possible due to inventory.

- If you order several scoops orders before, you may receive duplicate items. We will pack all your orders together before shipping out. But we do not know what you received in previous packages. Please leave a note of the items you already have and you want to avoid duplicates and we will try to accommodate.

- Charming packages are custom. We package orders individually, therefore some orders may take longer to be fulfilled than others. Our current processing time is 2-3 business days, if you have designated items order, it will take 3-5 business days. But it is subject to change at any time.
